We believe your data belongs to you and unlike big AI corporations we have no interest in tracking your life or selling your secrets. We do not store or save or record your chat history because once you close your session the conversation is gone from our servers forever. We will never share your inputs or information with third parties for marketing, training or any other purpose.

This website is built using Google Sites which uses certain default cookies to make the platform work. We want to be clear that we do not use any cookies for marketing or tracking purposes ourselves. These are standard cookies required by the Google platform to keep the site running and if we had the power to prevent them we would. Since we do not store your data there is nothing for hackers to steal from us. However please remember that the internet is a public space so you should never enter sensitive personal information like passwords or credit card numbers into a chat. Ducky Makes Mistakes

Ducky is a smart bird but he is still a machine. AI generated content can include hallucinations or factual errors or biased results. You agree that you will not use Ducky for medical or legal or financial advice. You must always use your own human brain to verify what the models tell you and you agree to hold us harmless for any errors in the output. 

The Artists Disclaimer

Ducky Harlequin and our other image models are creative but sometimes unpredictable. Images may sometimes be incorrect or look weird or fail to generate entirely due to server load or technical hiccups. We provide these tools strictly as is and if the pond is frozen because the server is down we are not liable for any missed prompts or lost time or incorrect generations.

Pond Ethics and Charity

We care about the pond and its inhabitants. No animals were harmed during the making or the usage of this website. Although the site is free for you to use our underlying API and servers cost us money to keep running. We are committed to using this project for good so at least 20% of any profits we generate will go to help the Battersea Dogs and Cats Home charity. Depending on how the pond is doing that percentage could be even higher as we grow.

Respect the Pond

By using this site you agree to play nice. Do not use Ducky to generate harmful or illegal or hateful content. You agree to indemnify and hold EGF and Bons.ai harmless from any claims or damages or legal fees resulting from your use of the site or the underlying platform. Any disputes will be handled individually and you waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit. This agreement is governed by the laws of our local jurisdiction.

EGF and Bons.ai provide this site for fun and community and educational purposes only. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not responsible for any disappointed duck feelings or technical errors or missing images or any direct or indirect damages that may occur during your visit.
